Flow Forge Mechanical is an Alberta-licensed mechanical contractor providing plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and gas-fitting services to residential customers in Calgary and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed tradespeople in compliance with applicable Alberta and City of Calgary codes.

Use of Our Website

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit service requests, sign up for memberships, and contact our team.

Service Requests and Quotes

Submitting a service request form does not create a contract. A binding service agreement only exists after we have confirmed the scope, schedule, and price with you in writing or via a Jobber quote.
Pricing displayed on the website (for example, membership tiers) is current as of the date listed and may change.
All work is subject to access, site conditions, and permit availability. Additional work discovered on-site that is outside the original scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Diagnostic and service-call fees apply as disclosed at booking.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are listed at time of invoicing.
Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with Alberta law.

Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty periods on labour and on installed equipment are confirmed in writing at the time of quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are passed through to you. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, water quality, third-party modification, or acts of nature.

Membership Plans

Memberships (Basic Care, Home Comfort, Complete Protection) are billed monthly unless an annual plan is agreed in writing.
Membership benefits — including priority booking and member discounts — apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.
You may cancel a membership at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and unused months are not refunded unless required by law.
We may update membership benefits or pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your provided contact information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Forge Mechanical's total liability arising from or related to the website or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools to operate our business, including Jobber (CRM and dispatch), Quo (phone and SMS), Resend (transactional email), and Google Analytics / Google Ads (measurement).
